We are looking for a passionate and experienced Animator to create high quality animations for our 3rd-person story adventure ONE of 500. The focus lies on detailed and emotional character and facial animation – often building on MoCap and performance capture data.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Animator to create high quality animations for our 3rd-person story adventure ONE of 500 and improve on our animation pipeline. The focus lies on detailed and emotional character and facial animation – often building on MoCap and performance capture data.

Your accountabilities will include

We are looking for a UI Artist who will work with the designers to create a user-friendly and beautiful UI, working on its visual design and any required art assets. You will work closely with engineers to create the final UI layouts of any UI components with specialized tools. You will design and create the UI animations. You will design icons and create spot illustrations for the UI.

We are looking for an experienced Level Designer to help us develop and build dense, atmospheric and high-quality levels that let players discover the authentic world of Ancient Palestine.

In close collaboration with our story team, artists, engineers and researchers you will create maps using Unreal Engine 5 from blockout/whiteboxing stage to final decoration and scripting which support our story and gameplay.

Your accountabilities will include

  • Create atmospheric and authentic game worlds based on historical data which are fun to explore and support our branching narrative with interesting environmental storytelling.

We are looking for a theological designer to help develop the game content of ONE of 500 in a theological-hermeneutical way and to ensure the quality of the scientific background information. This is an opportunity to transfer deep theological work into a creative digital project with wide reach. At least 50%. Full time possible.

Your accountabilities will include

  • Representing a theological voice that is in line with the company leader’s direction, for both the creation of game content as well as additional research and materials.
  • Correspondence with writers and story team about theological content in the game.
  • Exegetical and hermeneutical prep work for the bible texts appearing in game.
  • Documenting our research information so it can be used in an additional publication in a reliable way.
  • Theological research and coordination with other researchers.

Looking for an experienced (3+ years) GAME Producer, working with teams through all aspects of the product life cycle including prototyping, preproduction, production, beta, and release, to join our passionate team.

You will work closely with the Studio Lead and eventually with a publisher to ensure the very best game is produced on-time and within budget.

ÜBER UNS

Wir sind die Lightword Productions GmbH aus Ludwigsburg. Ein Game Studio, das seit Oktober 2018 an der weltweit ersten hochqualitativen spielbaren 3D-Version der Evangelien arbeitet; dem Adventure „One of 500“. Ein interdisziplinäres Team aus wundervollen unter talentierten Menschen verwebt auf erfrischende Weise die Inhalte der Evangelien in einem packenden Abenteuer, das die großen Fragen des Lebens behandelt.
