We are looking for an Art Director, an experienced leader with excellent communication skills and a strong artistic eye. Your role will involve supporting and leading the team, pushing the visual bar and ensuring assets are consistent and of the highest quality. 

Start: September

Full Time (eventually part time possible)

Location: Remote & Office (Stuttgart/Ludwigsburg)

YOUR TASKS

  • Mentor and direct artists of different disciplines in creating new game projects
  • Lead the creative process from concept art to final product
  • Strong understanding of conceptual, visualization
  • Collaborate with production, design, and programming to help identify and implement ideas and features for the project’s vision
  • Foster a positive and cohesive working environment
  • Help guide and support both junior and experienced artists while also participating in the hiring process
  • Review artwork regularly and provide constructive feedback while ensuring expectations are of high quality and meet the technical requirements of both mobile and PC

REQUIREMENTS

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate Lead Game Designer to translate the creative vision into an captivating and engaging play experience.

YOUR TASKS

  • Serve as an advocate, representing the Design team to the rest of the dev team
  • Help define best practices for the team
  • Be a proactive member of the Design team, brainstorming and writing designs, and providing feedback to other designers
  • Become a proactive mentor to more junior members of the team
  • Have a depth of knowledge across a majority of systems, being able to own entire pillars for a pack and train/support the team on its features
  • Define gameplay experience goals for designs, and tune features to meet those goals
  • Iterate on designs based on internal/external playtests, game metrics, team input and community feedback
  • Be resourceful and solve problems using the tools and time/scope available to efficiently craft unique and fun experiences for players

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Narrative Designer to collaborate with our Game Design and Story Team.

YOUR TASKS

  • Work with other writers, content designers and game designers to create compelling quests, lore, dialogues, story parts that correspond in a meaningful way with our game mechanics
  • Write in-game backstories for the world, its locations, and its inhabitants, all based on archaeological findings and the cultural background of inhabitants of the middle east
  • Quickly master the proprietary, in-game writing/editing tool
  • Perform other writing and fiction duties that may be assigned by the Creative Direction or the Game Design team

We are looking for a Senior Programmer (C++ UE5), who is ready to take on a leading role.

You will oversee all developing- and coding-related processes and operations within the project. In close collaboration with the rest of the team, you will be responsible for the technical realization of our project.

YOUR TASKS

  • Operational overall responsibility for the technical fields like gameplay, UI, core technologies etc. and with it for all aspects of the technical realization of our game
  • Responsibility for all coding- and engineering-related topics within the project

You will be working together with our tech, art and game design team to work out the visual goals of the project.

  • Develop specifications for the interface between tech and art
  • Assist and support Artists and Designers working with Unreal Engine 5
  • Establish and maintain the art asset pipeline for Unreal Engine 4 projects
  • Ensure that the high-quality bar established in the Art Direction is maintained and the game runs at defined frame-rates
  • Understand and communicate technical issues from an aesthetic point of view

Looking for an experienced (3+ years) GAME Producer, working with teams through all aspects of the product life cycle including prototyping, preproduction, production, beta, and release, to join our passionate team.

You will work closely with the Studio Lead and eventually with a publisher to ensure the very best game is produced on-time and within budget.

Location: onsite preferred, but remote work possible (necessary to manage the team in CET time zone)
